What if my order arrives damaged?

We are finalising confirmed shelf life dates with our manufacturer. The Best Before End date will always be clearly printed on the bottle.

Do they contain allergens?
HER contains honey and a live probiotic culture. ENERGY contains honey. Please check the full ingredients list on the label before drinking if you have any known allergies or sensitivities, and contact us directly if you need further detail.
Are they gluten free?
Yes, neither formula contains any gluten-based ingredients.
Are the shots suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
HER contains Scottish honey, which means it is not suitable for vegans, though it is suitable for vegetarians. ENERGY also contains honey, so the same applies. We are exploring fully vegan formulations for the future.
Do your shots contain caffeine?
Neither HER nor ENERGY contains added caffeine. Both include a small amount of green tea extract, which carries a naturally occurring trace of caffeine, far lower than a cup of tea or coffee. If you are sensitive to caffeine or avoiding it completely, this is worth keeping in mind.
Are your ingredients organic or wild harvested?
