Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us via our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. We will provide you with return instructions.
3. Return the item in its original, unused condition and packaging.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened fragrance products unless they are faulty.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
